My interest in the biological sciences has fueled my passion to create design that expresses the beauty of the forms and colors that occur in our natural world. My aim is to cure the unimaginative illustrations that plague our visualization of biology. Anatomical Landscape presents a new way of looking into the human body, functioning as a map to convey information we cannot see. Rather than portraying each and every capillary or neuron in exact detail, an overview of each system is rendered to bring clarity, and to make this complicated content understandable. This interactive piece encourages viewers to develop an understanding of their bodies by adding and subtracting the various internal systems.
